All of our standard campsites are Single-Occupancy, meaning only 1 RV or 1 Tent is included in the price. (Does not apply to our Buddy Sites*)

Most of our sites have extra grass space; therefore we have created an Add-On tent policy. The rate to add a tent onto Single-Occupancy sites is a one-time $25/tent. Many sites can accommodate 2-3 extra tents.

This Add-On allows guests to save money when choosing a larger grass site for groups, and is even more beneficial with longer stays in the campground

 Here’s an example of How it Works
(We did not include tax to simplify the numbers):

You book Riverfront Tent Site #15 for the weekend with your family of four – $45/night = $90.

Your friend and her family of 5 join you. Instead of their family paying $90 for site #14 next you to, they pay only $25 to share your site.

Another friend joins with their family of 3 for another $25 more. You’re all planning to stay together around the same fire pit, and want to stay close by each other for the kids to play. There’s plenty of room and parking to share one site.

Your full stay is now $140 for the 2 nights and divide that by 3 = $47/family for the WHOLE WEEKEND! Stay an extra night and it’s just $15 more/family/night.

The alternative to this policy is that each family books their own site at $90 for the weekend. Save about 50% by sharing a site and adding tents. Stay a whole week and the savings are HUGE!

This option is not for everyone. We have per-person limits on sites based on site size and parking availability. Some sites do not have grass at all for tents.

We do our best to suggest the best option for you. And some groups just prefer the extra space, fire pits and picnic tables rather than share one site. Call us anytime to discuss your group camping needs!
