Cabins at Riverview Campsites

We have 2 cabins available now! One in the Mountain View Entrance behind the camp store (Madison Cabin), and the other at the Riverview Road Entrance near the camp host along the creek (Ava Cabin).

• Check-in 3pm, Check-out by 10am.
• Entry and Door Lock – Enter with the key provided in the lock-box to the left of the entry door (see photos). Lock-box code will be sent to guests via email before your stay. Riverview Campsites is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please lock the cabin when not on site. All keys MUST be returned to the lock-box upon check-out. Any keys not returned result in a $200 fine to the guest.
• Provided Supplies – We DO NOT supply any camping, cooking, or cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for bedding, towels, and cooking/cleaning items. We DO supply:
  • Queen bed
  • Microwave
  • Mini fridge
  • Heating-A/C unit with remote control
  • Curtains
  • Additional 3-prong outlets
  • Indoor trash can with one bag
  • Inside table with chair
  • Outdoor porch chairs
  • Outdoor fire ring
  • Outdoor picnic table
• Furniture – Put all furniture back to its original location (pictured) before check-out. Do not disconnect or unplug microwave or fridge.
• Recommended supplies to bring:
  • Sheets, blankets, pillows
  • Towels and toiletries for Shower House
  • Food and drinks
  • Microwave safe plates/bowls/cups
  • Dish basin if washing dishes (you may fill water basins at the shower house but may not wash dishes in the restrooms)
  • Additional garbage bags (we supply 1 kitchen-size garbage bag per booking)
  • Paper towels/napkins
  • Outdoor cooking supplies to cook over the fire
  • Additional chairs for around the fire
• No Smoking inside Cabin, on porch, or within 10FT of the porch. Smoking in the cabin will result in a fine of up to $500.
• Cleaning Policy – To keep maintenance costs down, our cleaning policy is “leave it how you found it”. ALL belongings, trash, personal belongings, and other items MUST be removed from the cabin, deck, grass/gravel area and fire ring by the guest upon checkout. Furniture must be in the same location as pictured. We require all guests to carry out ALL trash, food, and personal items upon check-out (trash receptacles are at the main entrance on Riverview Road.) All windows and doors must be fully shut and locked. If there is ANY trash, food, or other personal items left in the cabin, including within the fridge and microwave, guest is subject to a $150 cleaning charge.Your cabin was cleaned prior to your arrival. Please call our office immediately to report any housekeeping issues. We will correct the problem as soon as possible.
• Damages – We understand accidents happen. We ask that you notify our staff promptly to report and damages or other issues immediately. If items need to be fixed or replaced due to excessive damage outside of normal wear and tear, guest may be subject to a damages fee. Any damages found upon check-out inspection that were not reported by the guest is subject to up to $1,000 fine. Please report any damages immediately so that we may fix or replace items for your current stay and our future guests.
• No Bedding Provided – Bed is covered in a waterproof mattress cover that is changed and cleaned between each booking. Do not remove mattress cover. Please add your own bedding over top of the cover.
• No Private Restroom – Restrooms are a short walk away – see photos. Madison Cabin is a short walk from the Shower House.
• Occupancy – Maximum 2 adults, 2 children, no pets. There is one queen bed, and enough extra room for a small cot or travel crib. Must be 21 or older to book the Cabin. If a pet is found in a cabin, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest, and the guest will be escorted from the property immediately without refund.
• Day-Visitors – Cabin guests are allowed no more than 4 visitors at one time during their stay at Riverview Campsites. NO parties. Visitors must NOT bring pets onto the property. Visitors are asked to park in the gravel on the same site as the cabin. Campground guests are responsible for their visitors: guests are liable for any destruction or vandalism caused by their visitor. All visitors must enter after 8am and leave the campground by 9pm. No overnight guests.
