Pet Policy

Pet Policy at Riverview Campsites

We strive to make our campground a safe, enjoyable place for all guests, and have established the following rules and regulations to maintain safety and courtesy. Those who do not observe these rules will be asked to leave our campground without any form of refund.

PETS:

Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome at Riverview Campsites. All dogs must be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length) or inside and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Dogs must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Dogs are not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, or play areas. They are prohibited due to health codes.  Maximum of 3 dogs allowed per campsite.
No Horses are Allowed.

Pet Rules:
– Up to 3 pets are allowed per campsite.
– There is no additional fee to bring pets.
– Pets must be included on the reservation occupancy count when booking.
– Please keep your pet on a leash at ALL TIMES.
– Please pick up after your pet and dispose of any pick-up bags in the trash receptacles.
– No excessive barking–if your dog will bark if left in your camper while you are away from the campground, you must take them with you when leaving the park.
– Pets are NOT allowed in any buildings including the shower house.
– You may use the outdoor water station to hose off your pet, NOT the showers.
– We politely ask that you keep your pup at home if they are not pet/people/kid friendly with others.
– Our pet policy applies to all overnight campers: day-visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the campground.
– We reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your reservation if any of the above policies are not followed.

We love pups and respectfully ask that these rules are followed for the safety of our guests, their pets, and our property. Thank you!

Reminder: Horses: Riverview Campsites does not currently accommodate horses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
